I think it's to treat stiffness or mild strains. I see it used often around the leg and groin area where a cramp or stiffness can linger for some time.

Jays should acquire a bullpen pitcher. It does not have to be another Andrew Miller. But just someone experienced and can hold on to give the team a chance to win.

 

EDIT - I just checked and saw that Andy Miller only gave up 1ER this year. Absolutely brilliant. That guy is at the moment the franchise player of the Cleveland Indians.
