Okay Gruber... the ball bounced up, simple physics involved here, and he still tagged him out.

C'mon Spank, the ball bounced up? Yeah, six inches off the ground.

Look how Cards guys score

- RBI grounder

- Stealing 3rd base with less than 2 outs

- Sac fly

Now THAT is a high quality team....

Gov... pls help!

Look at it again... naturally his arm goes up, and has too come back down, regardless, he was out and our replay guy missed it.

Why do people get so fascinated with small ball? Sure it's good on paper, but it's boring as f***. I'd rather see teams mash the ball. In 2015 if you'd ask me if I'd rather have the Royals offence or the Jays offence I'd go with the Jays 10/10. The entertainment value of that team was that of a vintage powerhouse

Spank, i've seen a million times. Your glove doesn't have to start below the ball when fielding a short hop.

they need to have a time limit on replays. if they can't see either way in 30 seconds you stick with the call on the field. this is BS

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha... phew, that was funny.

try to find better logic for why the lineup is the way it is tonight.

When there is a play at a bag, like a runner trying to steal and if the throw is a short hop, the fielder should keep his glove parallel to the ground and take the short hop without having to come up on the ball. Dosen't almost every middle infielder receive a short hop that way on stolen base attempts?

Personally, we can not hit like we did back then and do not even have close to as good of a lineup to hit like that...so to win games you have to play small ball more, especially when we are the slowest team in baseball and can't hit HRs

Maybe John has allowed his five year old niece to put together the Blue Jays batting lineup as her birthday present and she tweeted her batting lineup to John on her mother's iPad
