gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Okay Gruber... the ball bounced up, simple physics involved here, and he still tagged him out. C'mon Spank, the ball bounced up? Yeah, six inches off the ground.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Look how Cards guys score - RBI grounder - Stealing 3rd base with less than 2 outs - Sac fly Now THAT is a high quality team.... Gov... pls help!
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 C'mon Spank, the ball bounced up? Yeah, six inches off the ground. Look at it again... naturally his arm goes up, and has too come back down, regardless, he was out and our replay guy missed it.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Pearce is having better AB's. He needs to start getting some consistent playing time.

Why do people get so fascinated with small ball? Sure it's good on paper, but it's boring as f***. I'd rather see teams mash the ball. In 2015 if you'd ask me if I'd rather have the Royals offence or the Jays offence I'd go with the Jays 10/10. The entertainment value of that team was that of a vintage powerhouse

Spank, i've seen a million times. Your glove doesn't have to start below the ball when fielding a short hop.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Amen. Since when did you guys start getting along? Anyways it's nice to see lol

Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2017 Author Posted April 27, 2017 The Cardinals defense is so bad.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Okay you put Salty in to get Martin off his feet in the double header but then you put him in the 5 hole......whats the thinking here? Thinking? Gibbons is drawing numbers out of a hat

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 ftfy who wouldn't be? hard to see anyone being able to watch this team every day sober.. most of us don't
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 they need to have a time limit on replays. if they can't see either way in 30 seconds you stick with the call on the field. this is BS
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Thinking? Gibbons is drawing numbers out of a hat Hahahahahahahahahahahaha... phew, that was funny.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Hahahahahahahahahahahaha... phew, that was funny. try to find better logic for why the lineup is the way it is tonight.
polar bear Verified Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Buck is dumb Is he ever, does he ever get a call right?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 WAT? On that throw is all he could do, stop it. He had em' dead. When there is a play at a bag, like a runner trying to steal and if the throw is a short hop, the fielder should keep his glove parallel to the ground and take the short hop without having to come up on the ball. Dosen't almost every middle infielder receive a short hop that way on stolen base attempts?

SnowyEvening19 Verified Member Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Maybe John has allowed his five year old niece to put together the Blue Jays batting lineup as her birthday present and she tweeted her batting lineup to John on her mother's iPad
