We don't need to nominate a replacement closer IMO, use the right guy for the right situation. Grilli, Smith and Howell prob start the season being used in high leverage situations.

That would make sense but it's not how Gibby manages. He's all about the designated inning and role. I fully expect Grilli to be used like a capital C Closer.

Our bullpen looks so bad without Osuna. Unfortunately everyone knew something was wrong. They sold me on him experimenting with a 2 seam fastball as what could be leading to the velocity change. This organization won't admit to anything.

This is the medical term for a neck muscle strain. Often caused by simple things such as a strenuous workout, pore posture, etc. It could be the consequence of a more serious downstream injury to the shoulder but this is unlikely.
