I had Bundy and Ja Rule but I swapped to Thames from EE and had some budget, so I went with Carrasco. Then I had to emergency sub Cotton for Shields.

Yeah, I always stay away from games with rain forecast for that reason, it adds even more uncertainty to an already uncertain situation.

Games rarely get rainout and it says right in draft kings what the chances of rain are.
