jglicksm Verified Member Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Not much has gone right this week. With that in mind, we can always count on Tim and Syd to lift us up. Let's reminisce about the "good old days" before the current rock bottom, on a night where both the Red Sox and Orioles, who we trail, are losing! http://www.sportsnet.ca/shows/tim-and-sid-show/tim-sid-showcase-rock-bottom-really-jays-fans/
JBJD Verified Member Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Thanks for sharing. The funniest part of these flashbacks is when Gibby went down to fight Ted Lilly and everyone went in after them EXCEPT Roy Halladay, who in his robotic ways, seemed entirely disinterested or not knowing what to do.

Bubbles are good...

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 I hate that 2004 Jays logo--what were they thinking??
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 I have no idea what I've just been asked. Neither does he.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 I hate that 2004 Jays logo--what were they thinking?? They had an intern (Anthopolous) experiment with Photoshop and took his first draft.

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Can Tim & Sid go back in time when Score Tonight ended and retire instead of pursuing a career with Sportsnet. I'm cool with Tim calling Canadian college football but that's about it.

fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Man I love these guys, this is hilarious!!!! Best parts: - Halladay not giving a f*** when there was a scrap going on - Toonie Tuesdays - "I thought Yunel's hairdresser was blind not gay" - Rios/You're a bum is a classic - They made reference to the ship is sinking lmao -- actually all the 2006 references were particularly funny, so much s*** going on despite having the best record for over a decade
TheGrandslamMan Verified Member Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Kinda hard to understand all of the panic and outrage going on with the media over the Jays. We're 2 games up on a wildcard spot with only 16 games left to go. That's pretty awesome. I don't know why some people think that just because we won the division last year that it's expected they do it again. Let's not lose sight of the fact that if the team was in this position last year that we'd all be ecstatic. It's gotta be annoying to the players to play in a city with such a reactionary, dumbass media.
