Overall it's never a good idea to touch the ball when the home team hits it, but in this case, it would have actually insured Martin the double. The run would have scored regardless, unless Saunders was jogging.

 

I couldn't agree more Gruber I absolutely hate it.

I MUCH prefer Osuna coming in with a clean inning instead of letting Stroman put two men on and then bringing him in.

This team has talent, after losing 2 - 1 in 19 innings they have now won 5 straight.

 

A win tomorrow and they will only be 2 games out of first.
