Didn't MLB at one point make Coors Field do something to their baseballs to counter the thin air or no?

They use a humidor to somewhat neglect the effect of the elevation, but it still doesn't come close to eliminating the Coors effect.

I would take guys on my brothers softball team over this clown. Pillar is hurting as well. A f***ing retarded play all-around.

How good is his team? Whenever I see softball games going on the co-ed ones mind you, they're horrible.

Nope, Pillar went full Moises Sierra and blew past the stop sign.

Fine I was wrong to accuse Rivera. Stupid play by Pillar.

Softball is a terrible game in my opinion. It has zero intangibles. But I guess it keeps 60 year olds semi active so whatever. Apparently you can run for anyone though lol.

No idea. Hitting at Coors is like hitting on the moon. There's probably no stopping it.

And they want to put a team in Mexico City lol... that city is at least 3000-4000 feet higher in terms of altitude than Denver. It would make pre-humidor Coors look like Kauffman.

I usually laugh at how bad they run down fly balls/drop them/miss cutoffs. Then their is always that one guy that thinks he should have got drafted to the show.

Pillar was half way to third when Barnes got the ball. Normally hes a great base runner but lately has made some horrendous mistakes. I know hes playing hurt but f***.

Around 2000 feet higher, still bonkers.

A bearded Daniel Descalso looks exactly like Matt Carpenter. Anyone?

And hits like him in Coors Field! High Five?

Playing hurt doesn't make you retarded.

Humidor was the word I wanted earlier! I said humidifier.

Man it's late to be watching baseball.

Since a few of us are still active now I will post again. I have a spare ticket in section 231 on July 7th vs Detroit. I don't know if my lady can get the night off so I might have a spare ticket if anyone wants to come.

The Rover thing is awful. Basically you try to hit homeruns or go the other way. You're not allowed to go middle unless the pitcher is wearing pads lol. Apparently they have a rule where they can call you out if deemed intentional.

Wtf?

Keep in mind the much hotter climate as well. Mexico City would be the altitude of Coors field on steroids and the climate of Chase Field. Ultimate hitter's dream when combined.
