If Tulo was leading off, with the bases empty, would he see a 2-0 off speed pitch? While batting fifth and Martin or Smoak hitting ahead of him, would he see a 2-0 off speed pitch in the same scenario? Definitely and he has.

 

That doesn't sound like evidence rather just a random scenario. If there really was anything it would show in the data.

Id assume in the future it would be Max Pentecost, but he seems to be MIA in the minors so far. Once he is 100% healthy I think he should make it up here pretty quick.
