John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 I say this every time the Jays pitch pedroia away on every pitch, it's stupid. You gotta mix it up better than that.
ICECOLDBEER Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Our pitching is f***ing garbage.
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Just let Leon finish the rest of this s*** show.
ValiantJaysFan Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Guessing no one is up in the bullpen because Gibbons
bronson44 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 How in the world do you subject yourself to that? we're all subjecting ourselves to it in written form in this thread
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Pretty clear who is gone when Estrada is back
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 Leon will be even easier to sneak through waivers now.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Just let Leon finish the rest of this s*** show. Agreed.
goldbug103 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Silver lining: offloading everyone come July and rebuilding what Alex has torn down? Gibbons being replaced by a competent manager is another ??? I've hated this guy since his first tenure under JPR.
ComeTogether Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Getting slaughtered. No pitching. Who is this Leon guy? Why they got rid of Hendricks?
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 Pretty clear who is gone when Estrada is back They should make 3 roster moves. Estrada, Ceciliani, and Burns.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Silver lining: offloading everyone come July and rebuilding what Alex has torn down? I totally wouldn't mind if we somehow tanked and had to trade Jose and Edwin at the deadline. It would be exciting to get some solid young guys
xposbrad Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Getting slaughtered. No pitching. Who is this Leon guy? Why they got rid of Hendricks? You will be saying that the whole year, get used to it. But most teams aren't as good as Boston, they should have the division.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Is Leon even a AAA quality pitcher?
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Gotta admire the guy who is still chanting Let's go Blue Jays at the top of his lungs.
93 Jays Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 I think there was one ball that made it to the warning track. The other doubles were flairs down the lines. Yah, a few were, but both shaw and boggies doubles were line drives down the lines and castillio hammered his off the wall. That error really killed him and threw him off his game I think
ComeTogether Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Losing streak to 4. Better turnaround soon. Sliding into a hole.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Well when I posted that he was warming up it was 4-4. But yes now is the ideal time. Yeah I'm behind on the thread. Leon probably DFA'd for Estrada after the game. His job is to eat innings on the way out.
Jonzo Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Wilber to every caller: this team is really, really, really good.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 We're going to need a "vent about the pitching" thread
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Yeah I'm behind on the thread. Leon probably DFA'd for Estrada after the game. His job is to eat innings on the way out. Yeah this is the first decision in a while that I agree with
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Losing streak to 4. Better turnaround soon. Sliding into a hole. Sup bandwagoner
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Yah, a few were, but both shaw and boggies doubles were line drives down the lines and castillio hammered his off the wall. That error really killed him and threw him off his game I think Dickey error directly led to 2 runs, Bautista's error led to 2 runs, Thole's errors led to a run or two... Just sloppy play all around. Dickey hasn't pitched badly
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 I would be more excited if we could off load Martin and Tulo it this team is complete s*** come July. Those are contracts you want to move.
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Yeah. Hard hits line drives into the wall is "Babip" I was gonna say the same thing
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Silver lining: losing some bandwagoners for awhile.
Swervin81 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 I wonder how the f*** Leon was even a good waiver claim in the first place. Seriously, why an A's relief waiver claim at that? Claiming an A's reliever is the baseball equivalent of picking up an Edmonton Oilers defenseman off waivers. I mean, why?
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 This team doesn't have the pitching to seriously contend, Shatkins did a terrible job capitalizing on this teams window. Boston's pitching isn't any better
Nafro Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Guessing no one is up in the bullpen because Gibbons Because you would blow out our bullpen, when down in an 8-4 ball game?
