Floyd has been excellent but man....he hangy they bangy. 16% HR to FB.

His stuff is filthy but when he leaves the hook up its getting nailed. He was trying to get it down and in under Papi's bat yesterday, but got it up. Hentgen was saying on BC that Floyd needs to stay down and away more and get hurt less out there.

The HR/FB should normalize. I love his swing and miss stuff and have confidence in him.

Bautista is leading off. Devon Travis is in the 5th spot in the batting order, taking Saunders spot for the day.

I love Dickey starts , make sure to take out some guys that are hitting well when they will need 5 runs or more .

Lol @ Smoak hitting clean up. I'd rather have Barney hitting clean up vs Price than a RHH Smoak.

Top five today should be..

Bautista

Donaldson

Travis

EE

Barney

Smoak

Gibbons says #BlueJays worn-out bullpen means roster move likely after he and the brass talk things over tonight.

Girodo down, Antolin or Tepera up

Think Floyd has run out of gas. They have been using him SO much this year because everyone else sucks, now he's struggling. Let him rest.

He's pitched like three-four starts worth of innings over 52 games. If he's gassed... well, that's pretty concerning. I'd say he just had a rough outing.

too many guys in the pen you can't trust. Osuna and Floyd are going to explode and soon after them Biagini. no one else can be trusted with much

Little bit of this, little bit of that

Gavin Floyd: "I just didn’t have it today. I wasn't able to attack like I normally do. Just a tough outing."

Floyd has pitched in three of past four games. “I just think he’s a little bit out of gas,” Gibbons said.

warming up every other day is a lot different than pitching every 5th day and then doing side work. He's also on the steep decline part of his career.

He looked completely gassed today. He bounced almost every pitch.

Pretty depressing that's our only options at this point. Floyd our multi inning reliever and our Rule 5 pick have emerged as our setup man lol. Floyd is really good or really s***. Biagini has been fantastic in his small sample.

Is that a serious tweet lol? He seems like he'd be a clubhouse clown and all around entertaining dude.

turns out she was just listening to Blair talk about Gibby and Biagini and he suggested that. Maybe it was in jest? Gibby says a lot of things jokingly

Twitter broken telephone. Beautiful journalism.

Why would Gibby tell us this? If there were disagreements in the clubhouse, he wouldn't share them with anyone. We still don't even officially know what happened to Valencia. Blair seems to just say stuff and hope it sticks.

It's tweeted with a question mark meaning she's just as skeptical of this as anyone else would be.

I mean I could definitely see Biagini being bullied in little league or the minors, hell he probably was, but here? Where he's helping the team with postseason aspirations? I doubt it.

Maybe teammates are trying to joke around with him and he's extremely sensitive. That's possible.

He does seem like the kind of guy who would draw a face on his fingers and talk to other players with his hand. Maybe he brought it on himself.

It's not really framed as journalism anyway, just HERPDERP posting something that someone might have heard on the radio from a third party. Nothing happened to Valencia, I don't know what the fascination there is.

I'd say people who write Jays articles who tweet clubhouse rumours is some brand of journalism. They know they have an audience. And the Valencia thing was a comparison. If we don't know the Valencia story (if there is one), why would Gibby spill the beans on this one?

He's also 6'5, 240lbs. I can't see him being bullied by too many people lol ..

Joe seems like a pacifist. I think he just wants to be accepted.
