Anyone have an update if the game will be played? Has a game ever been postponed at the trop?

 

Don't think one has even been cancelled

 

The storm has already passed through. I suspect they COULD play. Road problems might be the only issue, people getting there.

no fans at the game or a couple hundred at the game... not like it's huge differnce

He's just a huge dork isn't he?

 

I've actually grown to respect him a little bit. He gets a lot of s*** but he handles it with class.

he's not a bad person, just a fish out of water wanting so MUCH to be one of the cool kids.

LOL I remember when I was in Arlington for Game 4 of the ALDS last October. After the game we were singing O Canada by the Jays dugout and Barry had just finished interviewing Martin. We called him over and when he got close a bunch of us yelled "you suck, Barry" You can tell it kinda hurt him but he took it with class and walked off. Gained a bit of respect for him after that.

 

Side note: Ken Rosenthal is shorter than Barry lol.

Several have been cancelled in Tampa Bay from hurricanes, a Jays & Rays game was cancelled in 2004 from one. There's just been no hurricanes in Florida in a decade.
