It's not happening as of now unless a trade for a SP happens.

 

True but even acquiring just SP depth for the minors would move Hutch to he SP role and cross fingers no one breaks a leg for 2 months. They should be more concerned with Estrada's back issues over moving Sanchez to the pen but that's just me. I think they need added depth regardless.

I just read a very sad article about Gose. Since being demoted to AA Erie he's 1-17 and has been acting like a child, constantly pouting about being sent down instead of taking the opportunity to refine his game. Just proof that talent alone doesn't mean anything if your attitude is a pile of s***.

So crazy what's happened with Gose. With his skills, he should have been able to carve a decent career at a speed and defense CF but he's just the worst. You look at what Kevin Pillar has accomplished with his skills and you just shake your head at Gose.

Gose and Arencibia were always idiots. Some times people here have trouble seeing the difference between having confidence and being a cocky dirtbag.

An OF of Wells, Rios and Cutch would have been pretty decent. Damn..

Yeah he seemed to be a high floor guy who would be a perfect bench player at worst. Pretty big waste, there are certainly guys doing a heck of a lot more in the bigs despite having much less to work with. But as I said the other night, AAA is full of guys with big league tools and little league brains.
