havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Career year coming For who exactly?
glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Yes narrative with career and most recent season numbers. Yes, that is a narrative. Numbers are a narrative. "Gibby, look at the numbers from 2013. Smoak should play". Dude, his 2015 numbers skew his entire career (positively in this case) so yes, you bringing up career numbers is pointless. You were defending playing him as a reward for 2015. If you don't realize how ridiculous that sounds, then I don't know what to tell you. I never argued Smoak was a star. That's your narrative.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Umpire is s*** that was strike but he didn't swing.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Bautista Ya, he's playing for $200M contract
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Bautista You think he will have a better year than 2011?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Bautista should bat leadoff. I think he's in the perfect spot. Positioned to knock in runs, and score runs with EE and Tulo after him.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Don't think he's been throwing the 4-seamer. Stro was only using his 2SM last year and working 92-95, Stro is working slower for some reason?
nmrch Verified Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Stroman only hitting 90-92...I thought he threw harder? he averaged 92.9 on his 4 seamers and 91.9 on his 2 seamers last year. He's thrown mostly 2 seamers and sinkers i think today
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Archer pitching like s*** and still has 4ks must be nice.

glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Get to Tampa's pen by the 5th or 6th should be the goal here. Archer looks like he's rebounding.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 2 strikes....all sliders, they still look like they want to hit a fastball
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Cola "rewarded" with a start against Archer lol
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Colabello looks so overmatched. He was hanging sliders but they couldn't hit them.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Man Cola's looking bad at the plate since the spring
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 3 straight spring training ABs after the walk
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 well at least his pitch count is getting up there.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 All our RHH should just look slider until they get it.
