bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Alright staple Tulo's ass to the bench for the rest of spring training.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 If Tulo is OK (still not going to celebrate until word is official), then wrap him up in bubble wrap until April. The thought of a Goins/Barney infield with Pillar leading off is nauseating.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 lol other journalists treating Mike Wilner like the Jays treat Barry Davis.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 What is Sanchez' velocity at? I understand he put on some muscle. They constantly said he was working 96-98, and touching 99.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Wish he would of bitch slapped wilner with his other hand. Dude

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Can't go through one damn Spring healthy. Edwin hasn't even played yet either FFS.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Dude Sorry: http://www.reactiongifs.com/r/X8vihl6.gif

Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Update on prime time sports: deep bone bruise, x rays negative. Isn't that what Saunders had last season on his knee? And Travis?
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Can't go through one damn Spring healthy. Edwin hasn't even played yet either FFS. I don't think any team gets through spring without injuries.
Virgil_Hiltz Verified Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 I don't think any team gets through spring without injuries. Spring training is not just for the players, the medical staff needs to get into "shape" also!
gbill2004 Verified Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Jays are never upfront with injuries.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Day to Day Sore shoulder for Travis turned into a 9 month injury. So bruised knuckles should probably scare the s*** out of us.

WONDERBAT Verified Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Jays are never upfront with injuries. That's when AA was running the team, hopefully Shatkins is a little more upfront.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Isn't that what Saunders had last season on his knee? And Travis? Saunder's injury was to knee though which I think is worse. I feel like a knuckle will be much quicker to heal than a knee. Have to think he will wear the padded batting glove like Lawrie did a few years ago though.

BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 I don't think any team gets through spring without injuries. Other teams have had worse for sure so far. I used to think Reyes was going to break every time he slid so im used to feelings of impending doom @ SS.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Wasn't Reyes injured every April he was here? Hopefully Tulo is okay so we can break the trend of hurt SS in the opening month.

Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Saunders had a torn meniscus. And then they found the deep bone bruise after he came back

The thought of a Goins/Barney infield with Pillar leading off is nauseating. Why the f*** does everyone think it will be a Goins / Barney combo if Tulo would ever go down prior to the return of Travis? Goins SS / Burns 2B (Barney late inning defensive replacement).
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 The dark times. Eh. I enjoyed 2014 on the whole. Probably in the minority there, but my standards weren't very high after 2011-2013.

Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
