We do this in the BBDL also. If I remember right, the first year we had some people who got knocked out in the playoffs then try to tank to improve their draft position slightly. Regular season records were the easy fix.

Wrong. Everybody in the playoffs wants to finish as high as possible even after they're knocked into consolation bracket. Not giving the champ the last pick is utterly retarded.
