What do you mean what is my problem? Suddenly the moves Alex made to help the team win the division, win a playoff round and play in a LCS were bad when we lose a few games?

 

You apparently misread what I wrote or just made up some words in your head. Trading for a pitcher who already was going to retire was not smart. Not getting a back up starter for Buerhle who has already retired was dumb. Keeping Hutch as starter and not getting something to help out was dumb. When you look at the pitchers on this team...Price alone was not enough to fix the major holes....just my opinion.

Up by 6 in ALDS and you go to Price cause you don't trust Lowe and company

 

Down by 3 with noose around your neck in the ALCS and you go to the bottom guy on depth chart.

Hope they suspend Queto for what he did to Pillar last night.

They should at least look at it.

Nah. Most people here are blaming the right people: Dickey, Hawkins and of course, Gibbons.

 

Yeah and I agree with those people. F all of gibbons bullpen decisions, Dickey for blowing it, lately for blowing it,etc.

What difference does it make trading for Hawkins when he was effective during the season? They needed bullpen depth and he provided that. Yeah, Hutch wasn't getting it done so he got David Price...

You know that we'll be getting Gibby's nonchalant attitude and smug answers in the media scrum. Would be a nice surprise to actually hear some accountability though.

Well he thinks Hawkins > Hendriks and he had Hendriks in early...obvious he conceded the game in the 2nd inning.

Clearly. We knew that as soon as Hawkins came in to be followed by Tempura when we needed Ks. His approach today was the exact opposite of last night when he shot all pen barrels with a large lead.

My hatred for Queto has blinded my baseball objectivity-lol.

Queto might have better luck in KC in game 7.
