JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 officials with egos need to be banned. it's that simple. That's NOT going to happened and the players know this so they should STFU
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 With 3 games in a row don't get not leaving sanchez in for 3 more outs. Why burn Lowe also? Because Sanchez will probably be pitching tomorrow and the day after
candymartinez Verified Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Can we just waste Hawkins in the 9th please
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Toss Gordon too you hypocrite
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Player egos need to be checked. You need to know when to just take a bad call. Tulo's renowned for being a baseball gentleman though?
Followthelight Verified Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo plays every game...score...inning the same way. Uber competitive. If that were bautista would be calling him selfish and arrogant.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Harder to hit when you don't know whats coming eh Gordon.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 officials with egos need to be banned. it's that simple. Wasn't really an ump show though. It was the Tulo show.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo's renowned for being a baseball gentleman though? now he's just another dirty Canadian.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 lmfao Rogers, a little late with the AL East championship congrats ??? LOOL
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo's renowned for being a baseball gentleman though? Tulo seems to say something every time he's called out on strikes.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 You guys are dumb. Can't have Sanchez go more than an inning today. He'll likely pitch the next 2 games.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo became an ******* as soon as he got put on the same team as Donaldson and Bautista. #BunchaWhiners
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Wasn't really an ump show though. It was the Tulo show. Them not wanting to play the audio from the umps mic is suggesting the ump might have been the problem.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Jays destroy the clown slap hitters while Harper gets decimated, perfect night!
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Umps egos need to be checked too. They need to know when they make brutal calls Here... here...
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo seems to say something every time he's called out on strikes. In his defense, it was a ball. The strike zone is the same in a 1 run game or a 6 run game.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo's renowned for being a baseball gentleman though? The first time he argued it surprised everyone but he's started making a habit of it. There was a buildup to this. He kept testing the limits. Tossing him in a blowout is probably for the best.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo seems to say something every time he's called out on strikes. Look at his career OBP. I'll give Tulo the benefit of the doubt. Same with Bautista. These guys know what is and isn't a strike.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo seems to say something every time he's called out on strikes. Yes but it's a new thing for him.
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Yes but it's a new thing for him. Learning from the best
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 That's NOT going to happened and the players know this so they should STFU I agree but the inning was over. Players can talk to other players regarding bad calls when they are over 100ft away from the home plate ump. Umpires cannot walk towards and initiate a confrontation with players like he did. The game is not about them.
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Jays destroy the clown slap hitters while Harper gets decimated, perfect night! Watch your taxes go up... LOL
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Tulo seems to say something every time he's called out on strikes. K................
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Watch your taxes go up... LOL Oh stfu. At least we have someone who isn't racist, or separates Canadians. Go live in the US.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Watch your taxes go up... LOL And our country not fall into disrepair...
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Look at his career OBP. I'll give Tulo the benefit of the doubt. Same with Bautista. These guys know what is and isn't a strike. Oh there's no doubt he was right and guys like him and Jose nearly always are but there's a limit to how and how much you can argue. Ump choosing a moment like this where it's not close to lay down the law is actually to the Jays benefit. I really think we should be fine with this.
