Bout time GIBBONS put Colabello in the lineup. He should have been in the lineup in the 6th inning of last game

 

Cola and Smoak - no big diff and Smoak better D. Their K rate is the same and Smoak walks more. Cola's numbers have been regressing as expected. Smoak had a brutal game @ the plate Thursday so some people lost it. Facing a LHP Cola should be the right call today.

Yeah that was very puzzling. Collabello isn't a very versatile bench player. If he's on the bench then he's the one you should burn first not to mention that he's a better hitter than ole Zeke.

Yeah Smoak starting was fine. Not using Cola as pinch hitter instead of 'Zeke was questionable.
