dineke Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 I have more confidence in winning game #2 than game #1 unfortunately. Price has been historically bad against the Rangers + mediocre last start + 11 days rest. Well looks like we're winning game 1 and losing game 2 folks.

intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Rangers will have a good rotation next year when Darvish is back and Holland is more himself but this year they suck so bad! Can't believe a playoff team is starting Gallardo in game 1 especially a team that didn't even have to go through the wild card game. They would have had to except the Astros took the last month off.

HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 You've been 50% Troubafide I've been told I'm a very pessimistic person!
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 4 months ago we would have been esctatic with a WC
Mac Outlaw Verified Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 I'm with others who kind of feel that this really isn't happening. We're really in the playoffs? Us? The perennially mediocre Blue Jays? From September on we all kind of knew we'd be in and now that the day is here I don't quite believe it. This is it. It's go time! The game is coming and there's nothing anyone can do to stop it!! The last time they were in the playoffs I was in high school and now I'm an old f***ing man. Is this really happening??? What do you want? Let's play BALL!!!
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 4 months ago we would have been esctatic with a WC Amazing that 4 months ago we were, what, a sub .500 team? Then we went on a +.700 winning percentage streak. Unfathomable. Of course our run differential and talent didn't match up with the record, but still. It had to go perfect for us (good performance by the Jays and collapse by Yanks)
puphood Verified Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Keeping my fingers crossed for Price and the bats the first game could be monumental and a precursor to the series and get rid of those ESP play by play idiots.
candymartinez Verified Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Wonder what it's going to be like around the Dome before the game. Anyone know of any pre-game parties to go to around there? I'm hoping for a NFL pre-game atmosphere, but being Ontario (alcohol is evil) I not very optimistic.
puphood Verified Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 ESPN hopefully gets their eyes opened today and figures out were Toronto is. The middle should be owned by Tulo, Goins and of coarse Kevin........

HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 anyone remember when the gates open today? 2:00 or 1:00?
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 At the airport and pumped It's happening **tears**
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Bring On The Rangers!!! Go JAYS Go!!!
500LevelSTH Verified Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 anyone remember when the gates open today? 2:00 or 1:00? 130pm, pregame ceremony 310pm
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 How long would you say the security lines are? 15-20 minutes?
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 if you have 500 tickets for today's game, line up now and make a dash for the Alomar bar on the 200 level. If you get seats, do not give them up!
500LevelSTH Verified Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 How long would you say the security lines are? 15-20 minutes? I expect a good size crowd at 130p, should move quickly 15mins. The home finale hoodie giveaway had 10,000 easy at both south side entrances. At 245 it will be pandemonium rush trying to make the 310pm ceremony
500LevelSTH Verified Member Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Game will possibly start with dome open, still tba
