Was at the Dunedin Jays game tonight in Clearwater and ran into Charlie Wilson ( Director of player development ) and asked who might have a breakout season this year in Dunedin. He named a few that he was high on including Noda, Riley Adams, Pearson, (who will be starting Sunday) and believe it or not Warmoth.

The player that impressed me the most tonight was Obeso, who squared up the ball all night. Does anyone know much about him?

Kind of scary that with a stacked line-up the Bisons are losing so much... Obviously our pitching really sucks and SRF is not getting any better..

Riley Adams was my sleeper when we did that sleeper, bust thread or whatever it was last year. I am secretly pulling for him a bit more than others.

He hit 101 a couple of times and sat between 95 and 99, but it was his nasty slider that kept them guessing all game. Btw, the only hit was a blooper that fell in front of the center fielder.Talked to one of the Jays personnel and he said that Pearson won't be in Dunedin much longer.

That he probably threw all fastballs and once he moves up to higher levels he won't be able to get away with that.
