Groshans struck out in his first AB. Bust. He's also playing SS.

Addison Barger (3B), Leonardo Jimenez (DH) are also in the lineup, with Alejandro Melean starting.

Well there's some truth to it as he's played quite a bit in the OF including CF. Meh... defensive metrics have always irked me.

apparently Evan White has the same scouting report. Can play CF, but we put him at first because he's sooooo good there.

Can we please have Gruber on the podcast, his meltdowns would be so fun to listen to.

Yeah sure, if I can ever get an actual first episode recorded.

JFL, tonight at 8 ET marks a television spectacle that should definitely not be missed. It's a Josh James start against Round Rock!

Will you be tuning in?

They finally gave up on D.J. Davis. What a complete and utter disappointment he was.

Would love to see Groshans have a blazing start to his career similar to what Bo did a couple years ago

Not me - I hope he goes in a massive slump.

Hope he was smart with his signing bonus.

I used to have one on my home screen, but for whatever reason it's gone now. What site do you use to get updates/statistics on our prospects?

I've showed u this, plenty of times?

HUGE problem with Kevin Smith. Yesterday they completed a game from April 15th. Smith was in Lansing so could of not of started. However Smith was credited with an 0/5. Not possible in my mind.

If you look at all of Smith's numbers they are down. I recall he was hitting .340-.350 at some point in Dunnedin, and was .330 yesterday, but now his rolling average peaks at .328 and is listed as .313 yesterday.

I believe what happened is Smith went 0/2 in the completed game but they gave him someone elses 0/3 (that idiot Warmoth maybe). Then they tagged it on to his season stats, so he has an 0/3 he didn't do.

Am I correct?? Is Smith's prospect status being gipped??

Kevin Smith is not a real prospect. KLaw says so.

Exactly. This is why it could franchise altering if an unfair 0/3 is tagged onto his line. His final average could be .297 instead of .303 and instead of being a top prospect, the industry will label him a failure.
