My first reaction was... who the f*** is Maximo Castillo?

 

18, rh pitcher from Venezuela, signed for 10k bonus in September 2015. Played in the Dominican league last year and Advanced rookie this year in Bluefield. Threw 47 innings, struck out 52, only walked 7. I have no idea as to what he throws or a scouting report.

Can't tell you much other than he originally signed with the Yankees and the deal fell through due to something with his physical. That, and he was clocked at 93 in the under-15 world cup tournament.

Why are you even ranking 50 players lol. Much rather have a 20 player list with actual reports.

 

Literally looks like he ranked the top 8 then threw all the other names into a hat.

 

I don't mind the extensive rankings. There may be a name or two that are ranked a bit in the high side that I'm not as familiar with, and that prompts me to do a bit of research to see what the scoop is. No harm.

I'm back.......................Looks the the blue jays are doing the same thing as last year. Sitting

Everybody has a opinion about prospects and not everyone will agree with everyone else. And as for Alford i have him higher this

year but not were some of you have him. Lets not forgot the jays had other prospect tearing up the winter leagues and end up nowhere.

When is the BA List for the Jays coming out? Thought it might've been out yesterday or today.

Todd did nothing wrong. He's a unique personality and I get a kick out of his top 180 prospect lists (he might as well just rank everybody who is rostered by an affiliate at that point). We should be nicer to him.

They won't go back to Top 10 Prospects releases until after Winter Meetings. They always stop them, for coverage of that. Especially the Rule 5.

How many of you think the blue jays are being run bad by the jays management team.

Year number two and the jays have done nothing to get better. And all the other teams have improved greatly.
