I wish we could get rid of the advertisements on the OF wall. Otherwise - looks pretty good.

The white boy is the boss; the black and Mexican are slaves. I love the stereotypes.

And he's wearing a Skyrim shirt, likely from Whiterun and these are his slaves.

If anyone gets that I'll be impressed.

I owned a house in Whiterun. Then I took an arrow in the knee. Never the same after that.

Ads aren't going away--everybody has ads on the OF wall in MLB (except Boston of course)

Acer thinks you will. That's why they give Rogers money to put it there.

There are a lot of people that will. If there weren't, companies wouldn't be shelling out the cash they do to put their ads there.

I think a lot of it has to do with the mentality of you "you see these guys everywhere they must be good".

And its sad but a lot of people think that if they don't advertise they must not be worth it then.

Well it's about getting the name out. If you needed to buy a phone, who are the first companies to come to mind? Probably Apple and Samsung, two companies that spend f***loads on advertising.

That's so awesome. Pretty amazing how simply ditching the cutouts adds so much to the park.

That looks so dangerous

How does that look dangerous to you? You're a hundred plus feet away from the field, you cannot see the dirt and turf area touch one another. The turf is under the dirt by 3+ inches and this style of field is common in Asia where I imagine the Jays organization did their due diligence to make sure that this is as safe as the previous field.

He was being facetious. Plenty of people in this thread said it looks dangerous, guys would get injured, etc... especially that meathead who's posted above me.

It's a lot more subtle then that. Brand recognition influences consumer choices and not necessarily on a conscious level.

I still believe they should make the dirt base paths wider, looks kinda small to me.

No idea why it's such a big deal, the less of the turf you have the better anyway.

That's set to MLB regulations, meat.
