Wouldn't you see like way more action at 1B and wouldn't seeing the receiving end of Donaldson's throw be just as exciting as the beginning of the throws? I don't go to enough games to have enough experience to compare (I've never sat on the 3rd base side) so I'm just playing devil's advocate here but I always thought the rule of thumb was that all things being equal, 1B side > 3b side because there are way more plays made at 1B than any other base.

If you had a choice, would you rather sit in 3rd base section or 1st base section in the 100 level?

I like how the action kind of comes towards you on the 3B side. The most exciting plays happen at 3rd and home, after all.

Its called the hot corner for a reason... Awesome to be close to JD and watch his glove. The spinning low tag was amazing, like we were sitting right in the action. The 3rd baseman gets so much closer to the batter the plays tend be fast reax more and key to making exciting cross diamond runs and throws. The dig at first is cool, amd youre there for the out call, but give me 3rd base line any day of the week.

I also like the CN tower view from the 3B side as well

Next time I go to the Rogers Centre, I'll give the 3B side a try. Being from NB, I've only been twice (both times fairly recently). I was 1B side once and OF once. Still haven't seen the team win (saw the opening day Santos implosion and Morrow get hammered in another game).

You thinking of going to any playoff games??

Prices for the seats next to us just keep climbing...$5 bucks more every couple days... Makes me so happy to be locked and loaded for the playoff run

I'm seeing slight dclines for 500 level seats for game 1 on Stubhub

Lots of people dropping price to 159/160 US

There were all 170-180 + a week ago

Still not cheap but it's not insane for the first playoff game in 22 years

Dome will probably be closed for the playoffs so this likely doesn't make a difference.

Mmm. Good point.

Looks like the ticket price for the ALDS game is gradually dropping on the stubhub.

Although it is one with obstructed view.. I'm seeing some tickets in 140s now.

If you purchase through stub hub, how exactly do you get your electronic ticket? Some say Instant Download which is strange because you can't print your ticket yet. Are you relying on the reseller to change the name & email to you?

If it says Instant Download you should be able to print your ticket right away. A ticket cant be listed as Instant Download until the seller uploads the PDF of the ticket. If it says Electronic Delivery the seller hasn't uploaded the tickets yet, and there should be a date specifying when they expect to do so.

But there isn't even a time yet, how can some be putting up tickets without a time on it lol.

You can print your ticket. There's no time on it, it simply says ALDS game 1 (or 2 or 3)

oh ok thanks - I bought a game 3 ticket, never saw that. Guess I should double check

Yeah as Pickoff mentioned time and opponent just listed as TBD. Dates are on it though, thats all that really matters

Sorry, I should specify that I only know that people who bought entire strips can print tickets. Not sure about people who were lucky enough to buy single game tics through TM, though I would assume you could too.

Good news for everyone! Since my Dad is going out of the country during this pennant race, and I don't want to give my tickets to money grabbing girlfriends that keep bugging me for tickets, all my Jays post season tickets will be for sale :D

The prices on stubhub are cheaper. There are two tickets in that section in row 9 for $380 CAD. You'll have to go lower to get any bites, that's how a market works.

Go look at the additional fees and get back to me :P

The extra pair I'm getting for the ALDS is for Game 1 (137R, Row 10, Seats 5 & 6). I have a seat in 113A already. So I could either move the pair or single.

Selling 2 tickets to Friday game 2. I have tickets in 113A row 11 seats 5,6.

Asking $375/ticket. If more than one response, first to offer 400/seat gets them

Compared to yours maybe, but not fair market value. Sold game 1 for $407 CAD/seat. Prices seem a bit lower for game 2
