Maahfaace Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Punta cana? Ya Punta Canada as some of the local barterers say all the time, staying at the RUI
Rusty_Savage Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 I find it funny that Volquez was cool as a cucumber and making fun of Donaldson for being upset after he got three balls way up and in, but when Sanchez hits Eacobar in the knee he is suddenly transformed into John Rambo.
flafson Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 I bet that's why all his dumb tweets got erased, didnt he just get sent down to AAA not that long ago? Also Ang, I'm flying to Dominican next week, pick me up at the airport and I'll let you pretend my wife's a goat. So do you let anyone hump your wife?
metafour Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 A real man doesn't care about his hairline ..apparently your not one. Does a real man also not understand the difference between your and you're?

Wrong! During the on field scrum John Rambo would've lead the charge onto the field and thrown some punches. Volquez only acted tough when he had 20 teammates between him and the Jays. Same reason why he signed back in the AL so he's protected by not having to bat. Volquez not only acted like a baby but the guy is a big mouth coward!
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Volquez post game: “Donaldson got mad at everybody like he’s Barry Bonds. He’s not Barry Bonds. He’s got three years in the league. We’ve been around longer than he has.” didnt this guy find himself at age like 30 with the reds after years in the league what a little dipshit, too bad we dont play in the nl where we could ram a pitch at his faggot ass. f***ing little bitch This guy needs to be taught a lesson, so cheesed JD can't toss him an uppercut In 3 years, Donaldson has produced more than double Volquez's career WAR.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Ventura is a piece of s***. He basically threaten to hit bautista
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 I like how he calls a six-time all star a nobody.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 So maybe Volquez should stand in front of a 95 mile an hour ball. That's one thing I don't like about the AL. Pitchers can drill batters, or brush them back, intimidate them and it's fine because they won't have to stand in the batters box and swallow their own medicine.
comeon sense Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 I,m so glad we dont have a piece of smelly s*** like volquuueeezer pitching for the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team, throwing at opposing hitters, making our big guys nervous, wondering when retaliation is coming, and overall just making things way too tense to play the game. How does K.C. put up with him?Do they say "go ahead vol,go ahead and throw at anyone you want to,and we,ll back you up" What a s***** organization Kansas stinky is.

Indeed. That's basically a "Oh, it's cool when our guys are brushing them back or hitting them, but when one of our guys gets hit, accidentally, the s*** has hit the fan now! Attack mode! They're all *******s!"
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Tulowitzki was hit by a pitch and could have been lost if it had of fractured a bone in his hand. Donaldson had every reason to be angry, the Royals were throwing at his head. This is what Miami Marlin's Stanton looked like last year after being hit in the head (source: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2758919/Baseball-player-releases-shocking-photos-injuries-caused-fastball-face.html). Throwing at ones head shouldn't be part of baseball. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/09/17/1410932574948_wps_2_Marlins_Giancarlo_Stanton.jpg Throwing at someone's hit and/or hitting them there intentionally should result in a harsh penalty. You could seriously injure someone (like you've shown in the images) or kill someone. Accidents will happen but to do so intentionally should result in some kind of harsh punishment.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Ventura is a f***ing douchebag. That kid is gross, and someone should stop him ASAP He's available in the LOD. I can't own players like this. He's a problem in the clubhouse.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 The sad thing is these guys are supposed to be professionals and they're acting like bush league babies. The umpiring was ******** this game because we know Sanchez didn't throw at the batter, not that late in the game, with only a two run lead in a pennant race. Their pitchers were buzzing the Jays all game AFTER warnings were issued and nothing was done about it to them. Then they turn to twitter in an almost teenage response and way to get even more kicks in. They all but admit we were pitching JD up and in, trying to push him off, intimidate him, hit him, then Tulo gets hit, nothing is done, but that Sanchez was clearly trying to hit our player close and late with that sinker he has with all that movement and his control issues. Our guy gets hit. Wah! Their guys get pitched tight and hit, grow up and learn the game. Oh so mature of them. It's even better when their manager got in on it. Really shows you leadership. At least with the Os Showalter just kept his mouth shut and said it was over and didn't go on and on like a child.
comeon sense Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 We have really upset them by beating them in a game of baseball. They have taken it really personal, and invented 2 reasons to justify trying to headhunt, and attempt to cause serious injury. So sad,so pathetic. No sportsmanship. They are trying to turn it into a war, instead of a game.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 My favorite thing about this whole thing is this: From Yost: "I thought Jim Wolf did a tremendous job understanding the game, understanding what's intentional," From Volquez: "He was crying like a baby [...] He can't take it. I don't know why. He hit a lot of homers in the first couple of games and he was pimping everything he does. Somebody hits you, you've got to take it, because you're pimping everything you do" So basically Yost is totally f***ing wrong because Volquez admits to throwing at Donaldson (twice) intentionally. Volquez should have been thrown out in the third inning. That probably would have ended the thing. You cant give both teams a warning then let the same pitcher throw up and in intentionally and get away with it. Yeah that's basically as close as you can get to saying you hit them on purpose, without directly saying it.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Twitter was made to amplify douche levels by a factor of about 2.78 Twitters douche factor rivals that of any MMA fight card when every half-jacked up loser wears incredibly tight fightwear t-shirts.
Standards Verified Member Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Cool as a cucumber? Volquez looked like he was holding back a truckload of tears. Poor guy had pouty face, he left the game in line for the loss.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
