GD Old-Timey Member Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 The North effect. if you've seen the shitbags he's made me roster you wouldn't agree
BeerMe Verified Member Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Wonder if the White Sox would do Pompey + Sanchez + Pentecost for Quintana or something dumn cause they do happen to be the White Sox and all. Sanchez has been fantastic from what i've seen. why trade him?
Laika Community Moderator Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Sanchez has been fantastic from what i've seen. why trade him? Because he only looks good as a reliever, and relievers grow on trees.

Laika Community Moderator Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 trees that grow in canada? I don't really know where people come from. Ask a native. There's probably a reliever tree on the back of a turtle somewhere up in the Muskokas.

Dr Negative Verified Member Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 It's lucky that the Angels and Dodgers routinely make such stupid baseball decisions. Otherwise, their budgets would destroy everyone. I am a little concerned with Zaidi running things with the Dodgers now though. They're snapping up every Cuban available. They're going to have a dynasty. They destroyed the Padres in that Matt Kemp trade.
admin Site Manager Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 You know Sabbathia is s*** now, right? Hence the comparison to Verlander.

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Can't see Sanchez being traded after they held onto him through all these moves. He will start in 2016. To round out the rotation, with this offense, Jays just need to get a guy like JA Happ, or two of them. I was the first to suggest Happ FYI
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 I was the first to suggest Happ FYI Wow. You must be awesome.
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 I was the first to suggest Happ FYI No you said, "a guy like JA Happ, or two of them". You never suggested that they need to target JA Happ specifically, you just meant they should get a fairly reliable mid-back rotation veteran pitcher.
King Old-Timey Member Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Liriano Sanchez Stroman Estrada Happ #6 Bolsinger
Zaun of the Dead Verified Member Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Sanchez Estrada Stroman Happ Osuna
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Sanchez Estrada Stroman Happ Osuna Can't see Osuna being transitioned to the rotation. He's one of the best relievers in baseball, rather not mess with that so he can pitch only 100 innings as a starter next year.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Rangers f***ed up Feliz by trying to convert him to an starter
