Morosi had speculated on A #BlueJays offer of LHP Daniel Norris, LHP Matt Boyd, and CF Anthony Alford may be enough to get David Price from #Tigers.

 

If Yoenis was coming over too I could see that package going the other way.

Well if Rogers is willing to dish out the cash, then yes. Though with the Jays 5 year policy, I don't see it happening unless the contract has a huge AAV.

If we get Price, or are even going after him hard, I think that means AA has the go ahead and the money to retain him.

 

If we can trade for Price, and have the resources to re-sign him, I'm fine giving up Norris and Pompey, + B prospects. Do want to keep Alford though, especially if we are losing Pompey. We need to keep one of them.
