KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 It's like the Orioles commentator that made fun of Jerome Williams pink glove, right before his broadcast partner told him the glove was to honor his dead mom. Comment would have been dumb anyways. I mean what the f*** should anyone care whether or not he wears a pink glove and for whatever reason?

GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Let's play "Who posted this about DJ Davis:" LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL Its a good pick guys! He has some pop and you know what? He's a highschooler he can run, he can hit, and we can train him, we have one of the best minor league system. I call that he can even be a .280+ hitter with 60 SB and possibly a GG caliber player with 15 homers. Coco crisp 2.0?!
GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Ding ding ding! Another game! Who posted this about Marcus Stroman? He's not really a starter. Kinda like a Chris Sale type who'll get to the Majors this year, but doesn't have the mechanics to succeed long-term in a rotation.
King Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Wonder where Luke Shilling goes. I would guess he's ranked probably between the 4th to 6th round, but depending on signability he could fall to anywhere. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Let's play "Who posted this about DJ Davis:" Fatcow?
Caper Verified Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Where is Joe Siddall's son expected to go? I wonder if the jays take him as kind of a homer pick.

NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 ding ding ding! Another game! Who posted this about marcus stroman? njh?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 You. LOL Knew it couldn't be Grant, wasn't condescending enough.
King Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 I really like him. Would be pretty nice. Lol that one was easy, try the other one. Jays have interviewed him but so has every other the team. Luke Shilling @Snipeshow_LS 2h2 hours ago If scouts calling me from the draft room cant talk about what their plans are, how does MLB network know who is going where? lol

Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Anyone know why Nick Neidert is ranked so low? He looks to have good fastball command and movement with a good breaker. Sign-ability?
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Author Posted June 8, 2015 The stream is live @ http://m.mlb.com/video/topic/67565098/v134148883/2015-mlb-draft Coverage begins in 15 minutes, draft itself begins in 1:15. I updated the "click to watch" graphic in the original post for a quick link to the active stream.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Any chance Aiken falls to us at 29?
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Author Posted June 8, 2015 Any chance Aiken falls to us at 29? Yes, there's a chance. Not a big one, lots of people think the Dodgers pick at 24 is Aiken's floor. There's a decent chance Matuella slides to 29, a very small chance that Allard slides to 29, and a pie-in-the-sky chance that Cameron gets there. There's also a good chance that the Jays would pass on all of those players if they even did get there.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Author Posted June 8, 2015 Jesus f***, of course this **** Harold Reynolds would be on the panel. It's hopeless to think he won't be. Speaking of which, draft coverage has begun!
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Author Posted June 8, 2015 Vanderbilt is stacked this year.
King Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Vanderbilt is stacked this year. The sky is blue.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Prediction time everyone. Who do the Jays pick with their first two picks? I'm going with... 1. Richie Martin SS 2. Demi Orimoloye OF

King Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Evan Petzold @EvanPetzold 3h3 hours ago Source: The #BlueJays will lean towards pitchers in the first two rounds and will chase arms with a huge upside to help down the road. #MLB Evan Petzold @EvanPetzold 6h6 hours ago Source: The Toronto #BlueJays will aim towards high school players in the 2015 Draft. Ashe Russell (Cathedral Catholic HS) is a huge target.
