He's not really a starter. Kinda like a Chris Sale type who'll get to the Majors this year, but doesn't have the mechanics to succeed long-term in a rotation.

Yes, there's a chance. Not a big one, lots of people think the Dodgers pick at 24 is Aiken's floor. There's a decent chance Matuella slides to 29, a very small chance that Allard slides to 29, and a pie-in-the-sky chance that Cameron gets there. There's also a good chance that the Jays would pass on all of those players if they even did get there.
