Jon Harris fell a bit more than most expected, and there are a few concerns, but hard to say Jays didn't get a potential steal there.

I was hoping we'd go after Cameron and possibly package Boyd+Pompey+more for a legit #1-2 starter, but getting Jon Harris will do.

I would have taken Jon Harris ahead of Buehler, Kaprielian and a bunch more. Got feel for 4 legit pitches, and still has projection too.

Barely anyone starts in AA. He'll likely throw a few innings in the GCL, and then bump him up to Vancouver (or may just send him straight to Vancouver). If they think he's advanced enough they may send him to Dunedin.
