HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Stupid question Is there any way for me to watch through MLBTV through the PS3? PS3 is my only console that can be connected to the internet, and my TV isn't smart. I also don't have a laptop to hook up to the TV, so..

My Teksavvy cap is 400 gb and it's really not an issue. You'll never use close to that much just for mlb.tv. If you're downloading a bunch of stuff schedule it for between 2 and 8 AM when it doesn't count against the cap.
AdamGreenwood Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I got MLBTV through PS3, but you can't get any Jays or post-season without a proxy, and then it's very choppy. Not worth it, imo.

Add the free App of MLB.TV through the PSN store and watch the free game of the day, you'll see how it works.

Hipfan Verified Member Posted May 12, 2015 Author Posted May 12, 2015 I know last year they had the same discount around Fathers Day, which is when I signed up, so you should be able to get this deal again in a few weeks.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Dumn question time - is that $57/month?
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Dumn question time - is that $57/month? lol no
candymartinez Verified Member Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 The stream is choppy for sure, not as smooth as cable/satellite, but for $57 you can't go wrong. Not signing up with Rogers/Bell/Shaw/etc. just for baseball.

P2F Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 (edited) Here is a nice deal via Groupon, for one of two options. But it's only good through Wednesday, so you'd best act fast if interested. http://s16.postimg.org/ezsxi905x/mlb_tv.jpg Edited July 19, 2015 by P2F
