Betts. Don't forget Betts is most likely a better 2nd baseman defensively than Travis.

Although it's early, Travis looks more polished at the plate. Time will tell though, but if i had to choose , i'll be a homer and take Travis.

Betts wasn't supposed to have big tools, that's what makes the question interesting (if one-sided). He's Devon Travis but with even better minor league stats at level-appropriate ages and a better defensive pedigree (Betts could probably hold his own at shortstop).

Most of his projections don't expect to any more than average to slightly above average defensively. His most elite tool is hitting.. he could easily hit .300+ per season, but with limited power of 10-15 HR. Travis also has a better arm.

Mookie at least got 60s on his run and field (and hit, obviously). Travis is/was kind of all hit and fringe average everywhere else.
