CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Kershaw, MadBum, Klubaa will be fine, the talent is there. Aaron isnt ready to be starting games in that level. So they should move him back to the pen in your opinion?

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 And amazingly enough, it did. Go Jays. Kick their ass today. 2 of 3 from the Yanks, 2 of 3 from the Orioles... That's a perfectly acceptable way to go about winning the division...
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 So they should move him back to the pen in your opinion? AAA. Estrada or Hendricks better options right now (Low ceiling)
polar bear Verified Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 I thought Sanchez was supposed to be good. he looked like Josh Towers tonight. To be honest,as bad as Towers was he looked better than what we watched pitching tonight.

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Sanchez will get at least 3 more starts. Heck, if Donaldson didn't make the error Sanchez may have gone 5 giving up 3. He showed signs of settling down.

RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 According to precious fangraphs, Jays have been terrible in the first five games with a total WAR of 0.1 for the whole team. Yet they have 3 actual wins

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 So much dumn in such a short post. srsly? You're disputing the fact that if you put a team of replacement level players on the field that they might win 3 games out of a 5 game sample? I am not saying that the Jays are a replacement level team (though, if 0.1 WARz is accurate, then in that 5 game sample, I guess they have been...)
nutz003 Verified Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Deadpool is right, if we can win today and walk away from the first two series against al east opponents with a 2-1 record in each I will take it. Sanchez had a rough go out there, but the bats and the defense were brutal as well with the exception of a couple nicely turned dps. In the next couple of starts we'll know if he is better off in the rotation or the pen. Regardless they should maybe stretch Osuna out, to start if need be until Santana is ready, or I think they have look to try and go out and see if they can make a deal for someone if Sanchez continues to shite the bed as a starter. Wins are to valuable to throw away every 5th game. Here's hoping Sanchez rebounds in his next couple of starts and all is well. It would be nice to see the kid succeed and do well.

Molitor Verified Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Anybody else feel that watching a Jays game is like watching a kid throwing rocks at a pop bottle? Just waiting for it to break. That sounds like a lot of fun actually, I can't believe I never thought of that as a kid.
Travis_Snider Verified Member Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Sanchez wont get by with his fastball alone, especially if he stays in the 93mph range. He wasn't hitting his spots yesterday either, hopefully next start is better.
