If the f***ing powers that be decide to play Izturis simply because they're paying him they are even more stupid than I thought... the best way to make money is to put the f***ing best team on the field.

They are starting rookies at CF, two rotation spots, and the bullpen. Travis is more advanced than all of those guys.

 

He should start at 2B. Period.

Izturis will have one dl stint one and one rehab assignment for the Jays to determine if they still need him. If Travis keeps up the hot hitting, they won't.
