Atleast it wasn't his arm. The first I hear it was a tear and assumed his arm. Obviously doesn't make us feel better but atleast some silver lining I suppose. The entire year that sucks so much.

 

Not sure about that. Were probably going to hear the TJS announcement in Spring 2016.

I know that but even without injury there was not enough there and too much reliance on young guys stepping up big time at the big league level, saw this coming a mile away. we needed an arm and AA and rogers again don;t want to go that extra step.

 

You saw Stroman tearing his ACL in a bunting drill? AA could have nabbed Scherzer and he could have gone down in a fielding drill, dude.

 

Depth is a problem, I agree. But this "relying on young guys" didn't cause a freak injury.

So both Norris and Sanchez are probably starting now?

 

Norris and Estrada seems most likely but we'll see

Our last young pitcher with knee trouble didn't end up too well.

You are not getting what I am saying...even WITHOUT this injury there is way too much reliance on young guys many are not proven or pitched an entire year at this level, pitching was and is an issue they failed to address, and it will cost us.

I do think Estrada could be okay. We need something to break right though.

Both are an issue, not just depth, sanchez is not near ready nor is norris.....not to be starting, we will see that this season.
