I think we need Dinger and Boxy's opinions on this:

Bunch of blue-eyed beauts to me. Greinke has the steely green-blue-grey going on.

Someone has apparently offered Samardzija $100M.

Some team is about to massively overpay for him. Even the Zimmerman/Price deals won't look that big if a team is really going to give Samardija 100m.

Ugh, Phillies claimed Bourjos. Projected at $1.8M via arb. I would have loved to add him and trade/non-tender Revere.

Don't worry, Craig Gentry just elected free agency!

The foolish notion of non-tendering Revere is getting old. The steamer projection is exceedingly pessimistic, but he's averaged 1.8 WAR over a 5 year span, put up 1.9 last year, and has steady (or improving) underlying numbers. He's also just 27.

There will be more than a few teams that see him as a steady performer, who is unlikely to see significant erosion in his skills in 2016, and will therefore value him as such.

Disagree 100%. Cheating,lying,arrogant etc.

Please inform me of an instance where Barry Bonds cheated.

Also, since when does arrogance matter? I guess we'd better remove Ty Cobb and Cap Anson from the hall as well.

So they just signed a Korean 1B to do what exactly?

To DH. Terry Ryan said yesterday that they will not be trading Plouffe, which means Sano will see significant time in LF next season.

Twins are doing exactly what Seattle did the last few years in acquiring many players who play the same position and then have to play them out of their natural position.

I agree. I'd rather have him than nothing, but I'd rather have Bourjos and Madson or Sipp than Revere.

All they would have to do is play Mauer at his natural position, catcher, to solve the issue. Everything falls into place one you do that.

If we could get Sipp and Lowe in the rotation that would be a f***ing beauty...

Hanley Ramirez was a -1.8 fWAR this season where steamer predicts he's going to put up a 2.2 season. It seems illogical to bet on a guy being 4 wins better than last year while apparently playing 1B where he has never played an inning.

Mostly regression to the mean

I want to like the Twins but they make it so hard.
