Apparently Rubby De La Rosa has won a spot in the Diamondbacks rotation.

 

12 IP, 10 BB, 11 SO. He's pitched much worse than like every other candidate (especially Anderson, Webster, Delgado). Such an odd decision.

I liked John Buck. I remember that 3 homer game.

 

He seems like a stand up guy, and he was certainly a solid catcher for quite a while. I love the fact that he talked to Reyes and MB about TO when the big trade was announced, and really became a cheerleader for TO. Then he was traded before ever playing a game for the Jays that season.

What the hell are they doing? Gausman might be their best pitcher and at 24 it's time to let him go 200 innings. Who else is there after Tillman, Chen, and Norris? Miguel Gonzalez and Ubaldo?

You know how many times I’ve been tested since 2004? More than 80. They say these tests are random. If it’s really random, I should start playing the damn lottery.
