gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Goins makes plays like that once every couple of games, he definitely should start No but, we should start Kawasaki because he grinds.

Can Pompey not even get one PH AB in garbage time?

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Marcus Stroman 3.53 ERA 2.87 FIP 4.2 fWAR/180 all time greatest pitcher mooooooooooogybait.jpg I think he dropped his ERA by 4/10ths of a run in one game Those relief innings are still keeping it up a bit too
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 I just saw Goins' play that ended the game Holy s***! http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/gameday/index.jsp?gid=2014_09_08_chnmlb_tormlb_1#/play?content_id=36071095

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Author Posted September 9, 2014 3.26/2.88/3.29 as a starter yeahhhhhhhh buddy He's too inconsistent, he had like one bad luck-ridden start and then had a bunch of great outings. Frankly, I just don't think he can stick.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 3.26/2.88/3.29 as a starter yeahhhhhhhh buddy Get ready when Osuna does the similar numbers a year from now. Two headed top of the rotation beasts
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 This team actually has a playoff core of players IMO, which is what makes it all the more frustrating to watch them lose. I honestly believe JP Richardi could turn this group into playoff contenders over the off season
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Author Posted September 9, 2014 So is it safe to say that I'm making tomorrow's GDT? s***** GDT's with little to no effort seem to have become a new trend.

I honestly believe JP Richardi could turn this group into playoff contenders over the off season I think so too. If Rogers gave him 20-25 million dollars to spend.

He really neglecting building the farm system but he did a really solid job in acquiring major league talent. He also was able to sign free agents and didnt come out with the 20 excuses as to why he couldnt bring anyone over

HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 ff***ing ridiculous that Pompey hasn't played a game yet. Reminds me of how we treated that player who we called up in September a few years ago and didn't play a single game. Way to ruin the guy's confidence.

Dudes gone from A to MLB this year, pretty sure his confidence is unaffected, and he was likely told along with Norris that it is highly unlikely they will get any playing time
