He's still a pretty good pitcher who has been very good his last 4 starts....gonzalez plus a top prospect is a pretty good return for a guy who is a free agent at year's end.

I would have done happ plus Norris....but Stroman was untouchable. Stroman is basically in the mix for rookie of the year if you exclude Abreu and tanaka who aren't rookies.
