I feel bad for Stroman. His pitching line is going to look like s***, but it won't mention that he pitched for 2.5 hours. Long, exhausting, messy-as-f*** game.

Just as I'm about to shut it off, buddy throws the double play ball he needed to get out of it before throwing a ball in the dirt and allowing a run to score....then promptly gives up a two run homer? The Angels have played a bad game, but our organization is just bad at pretty much everything. Being stuck with a 22 million dollar contract for a shortstop who can't defend, or errr won't defend? Just about says it all. I knew this team was in trouble before last year even started when they hired this moron hillbilly to be our manager. So sad.

You should know who he is, 126 wRC+ last year and 145 wRC+ this year.

YUp they massively overpaid for Reyes. But was a condition of that trade

This is easily the most poorly run and managed organization in baseball. This team won't win until it hires a manager who knows how to win and a guy who won't accept mediocrity from his players.

 

Guys like Stroman, Hutch and Sanchez won't matter. We could have the AL all star team and not win this division.
