G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Jesus we needed this game badly. Outstanding job by everyone tonight. Good job ECJF! Oh wait, you meant the players...
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Damn... this keeps up and he can pitch the 9th Approaching 110 pitches, this is likely his last batter.
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 YES broadcasters talking like some of you have been recently lol. They can't score!
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Don't get why Loup is warming here. Use one of the fringe guys (Santos or Rasmussen)
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 you have to think the Yankees came into this game thinking "we got this s***"
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Don't get why Loup is warming here. Use one of the fringe guys (Santos or Rasmussen) Lol nice bait.
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 The way he chomps his gum he is going to be the first pitcher to get Tommy Jaw surgery. f*** that sounds like one of my wife's jokes
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Great time to use Santos here "Pretend save"
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Yeah I don't know why I said 'both' lol. He can manipulate the speed and break of his breaking ball and gets whiffs no matter the amount of each. Changeup seems to be more of a show-me pitch at the moment, but that doesn't mean it's not quality (just doesn't need to use it often). He'll need that change up though for long term success though. If everything breaks the same way and it's just a few mph speed difference, the league would catch up. He's thrown some nice change- ups tonight though

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Still hitting 94 mph With LOCATION
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 YES broadcasters talking like some of you have been recently lol. They can't score! These guys are actually pretty good.
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Don't get why Loup is warming here. Use one of the fringe guys (Santos or Rasmussen) Oh c'mon! Rasmussen would be a good choice though. These guys are actually pretty good. If you mean the broadcasters, then yes I like them in general. It's just funny to hear about other teams having offensive struggles.

S33n Verified Member Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Not sure how much I like the 111+ pitch count on Stroman in an 8-1 game, but whatever.
