NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 He hasn't been getting anything that is right on the corners . Navarro,s bad but I'm not sure if it the Ump or him . It's probably Navarro (although I'm watching the YES broadcast so I don't see the zone graphic). Framing makes a big difference!

NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Nice for a change Plus he can put them away, unlike Happ (who induces lots of 0-2 counts and then fails to make outs) Yep! The Yankees strategy in the first two innings was weird. It's one thing to be patient and work a pitcher, it's another to fall behind 0-2 or 1-2 every time because you're not swinging.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Francisco! Still, LOL@ .140 average over the last 17 games?

His glovework just isn't good, you could see him move the glove on that pitch and it was too noticeable, in that particular spot it was probably him.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Is our lineup the heaviest in the majors, weight-wise? Kawasaki!
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Line drives. Line drives everywhere.
RubberDickey Verified Member Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Looks like scoring is a possibility tonight the way they seem to seeing the ball so far.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 We have ourselves a hit parade!! Now lets score them home
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Is our lineup the heaviest in the majors, weight-wise? Kawasaki! Our only really fat players are Navarro and Francisco. They sure do tip the scale in our balance though.
