Seeing as you're rebuilding, I'd say it's fair with plenty of risk, it's not like Ohtani's long in the tooth, he's still fairly young and a beast. Again fair, but I'm not sure if I'd personally pull the trigger.

I might be the high guy on J-Rod around here. His ascent through MiLB and his skills remind me of Soto, similar natural talent for hitting baseballs. Probably with more power, a bit more Ks.

Assuming this is a 20 teamer and the prospect side is a contender, it's basically Bogey for Kelenic and a non-elite prospect

 

I'd lean Bogey side

I'd take the Kelenic, Lux, 1st package. Lux was a top 3 prospect just last year. If I was that team I'd shop one of Kelenic or Lux for a SS, should be able to get someone just as good as Bogey

Bogaerts is great, I'd probably lean there if you're competing immediately. But long term you probably won't regret this deal.

 

You're buying low on Lux, which can bounce back at any point. Even if you're low on him, there's enough teams that still believe in his talent right now you can flip him for another SS.

I never sent it. Had it filled out but balked. So for fun opened it up for discussion. I did actually offer Bogey for Eloy straight up as I love me some proven power (especially young power and my OF sucks) but was rejected.

I offered Domingo German and Luis Oviedo and was indirectly insulted, lol...

 

I am open to moving him but not interested in those players. I actually have another offer involving Semien, so that trade might happen at some point today. Open to other offers though. I would like quality arms. Thanks.

14 team league. I got offered Gleyber Torres for Austin Meadows.

 

If I do this I'll have to expand the deal somewhat so I might come back to that but before I explore this any further I'm wondering if this base deal is good value. Torres' statcast page is pretty scary.

I would take Meadows just because I think he is a bit better IRL and also a bit more well-rounded in fantasy. But they have to be pretty close.

It's the opposite for me. I think Gleyber is far more valuable IRL as a MIF - even a poor defensive one - while being younger and less injury prone (I think?). Meadows has an extensive injury history going back to his minor league career and he's basically a DH. I'd lean Gleyber for those reasons alone but I think it's close as well. If this is a redraft though I might take the Meadows side for this year.
