Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Oh no, bringing up Diaz for who??
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Oh no, bringing up Diaz for who?? Getz DFA?
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2014 Author Posted May 12, 2014 What the f*** does Gose have to do to get a roster spot? Googled "fellate Paul Beeston and Alex Anthopoulos". No usable animated GIFs found.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Getz DFA? I thought that was done to make room for Janssen. Then Santos being replace with Jenkins. Then who is being moved for Diaz?
The_DH Verified Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Getz DFA? Wasn't Getz replaced by Janssen on the 25?
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2014 Author Posted May 12, 2014 Honestly though we need another outfielder.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 (edited) Jenkins and Mastro makes more sense. But then whats sense got to do with it! f*** alex really? Edited May 12, 2014 by BigBounceyBlueBalls
The_DH Verified Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Tolleson isn't much of a SS so we really need a backup there.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 This should be our bench: C/DH: Kratz- platoon partner for Lind, I'd actually start him at C in those situations and move Navarro to DH C: Thole- catches Dickey, pinch hitter, emergency 1B UT: Tolleson- platoon him and Francisco with Lawrie switching between 3B and 2B OF: Gose- backup OF, defensive replacement, and pinch runner It isn't half bad but AA seems to hate the idea of having a backup CF on the team.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 My guess is a catcher goes down
TDotttt2005 Verified Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Either Tolleson, or most likely Kratz will go down. Thats my guess.

Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Either Tolleson, or most likely Kratz will go down. Thats my guess. That would seem likely
The_DH Verified Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Either Tolleson, or most likely Kratz will go down. Thats my guess. Or Lawrie to the DL or Diaz just goes back with air miles.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Lawrie DL? Unless he woke up and couldnt move thats unlikely. He was running and doing almost everything yesterday. Should be back today.
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 It wouldn't be quite so frustrating if we didn't have someone with a pretty ideal 4th OF skill set sitting in AAA. Gose needs more seasoning in AAA. He's not ready
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Or Lawrie to the DL or Diaz just goes back with air miles. Or stroman back to the minors....some how this might be a possibility.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 sometimes i wonder if AA just flips a coin to see who he calls up. what is the point of jenkins?? why do we need 5394839483 mop up guys with no 4th outfielders

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2014 Author Posted May 12, 2014 Meanwhile Pillar has been absolutely tearing it up in the last 2 weeks. Goddamn this team
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 What the f*** does Gose have to do to get a roster spot? Learn to Hit would be a start! Right now he is no more then Ryan Goins but playing in the outfield!
flafson Verified Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Goins been hitting around .300 so far in AAA while Diaz been 0-24... I wonder what they are thinking.

Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 I'm getting sick of the roster management here. Jenkins should just be flat out released. The guy is barely even AAA fodder. Diaz has value as a late inning defensive replacement, but is abysmal at just about everything else.
