I'm no expert on body language and facial expressions, but to me it looks like Sierra is about as checked out mentally as you can get. Doesn't look focused at all.

That's just it, at least Gose has tools that can help the team. Sierra is a warm body taking up a roster spot. He's bad defensively, bad on the base paths, has no platoon split advantage and minimal power. The only reason he's here is because he has no options and AA doesn't want to lose him as an asset.... though we really just covered... He's not an asset. He's filler. He should never have made the team and by now should be DFA'd. THere's just no excuse to have this clown on the roster.
