HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 You've answered your own question, hah! TSN2, it is. da fuuuq. Isn't that a paid channel?
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Speaking of which i just hear TSN is going to have more or less 5 stations. What the fuq they going to put on them all??
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Khris Davis 35:1 K:BB (Arencibia-esque), 82 wRC+
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Speaking of which i just hear TSN is going to have more or less 5 stations. What the fuq they going to put on them all?? Darts, Water Polo, Regular Polo, random stock car events? The important stuff will somehow get moved to TSN3
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Another potential Tommy John surgery candidate? Jeff Passan @JeffPassan Sources: Orioles C Matt Wieters to visit Dr. James Andrews on Wednesday for examination on elbow soreness. Worst-case scenario is UCL tear. If it's a UCL tear, he's headed for Tommy John surgery, which would end his season, and be VERY devastating to the Orioles. Caleb Joseph, a 28-year old catcher, is on call in case Wieters needs Tommy John.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Gregory Polanco rejected 7/25M plus 3 options
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 He should've taken it. Pittsburgh could REALLY use him right now, considering they're struggling offensively in RF.
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Gregory Polanco rejected 7/25M plus 3 options That's kinda crazy considering he has yet to play a game in the MLB... The 3 option years is probably what turned him away. If it was 7/25 no options he should have taken it in the blink of an eye.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Alvarez 6 hit shutout for Marlins AA got fleeced
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 3.1 fWAR in 31 games entering today. a 245 wRC+. Guy is just silly right now. Cargo is 4-4 tonight too and Blackmon is 2-4 with a dinger. This is looking like a 2000 Coors game. Rockies are 18-32 as a team. Brandon Barnes collected two hits pinch-hitting for the pitcher lol as the Rockies batted around in the 6th.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 f*** is Tulo ever hot. 3-3 so far tonight... hitting .425 / .526 / .802 on the season! .553 wOBA. We could have a historic season on our hands. lol JP is the complete opposite 0-3 .109 .176 .217
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 I remember Galaraga flirted with a .400 average there years ago.
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Rockies have a 0.939 OPS at home and are averaging 7.4 R/G there. I've pretty much stopped starting pitchers who pitch at Coors in my fantasy leagues. There is one guy you should consider, actually. He has a 2.65 FIP and 3.43 xFIP in three Coors starts this season. Similarly impressive numbers on the road too. Worth a look in all formats.

He doesn't get a lot of strikeouts and pitches in coors field, but from a fantasy standpoint would you take him over Quintana? In a standard league, K's,wins, era, whip, saves.

In a standard league, K's,wins, era, whip, saves. No, I would not; I quite like Quintana. He's a good #3 starter who will best Lyles in Ks and ratios.
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 No, I would not; I quite like Quintana. He's a good #3 starter who will best Lyles in Ks and ratios. Thanks I will take your advice and not drop Quintana then. I like him too, he's young throws hard and keeps the ball down.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Moises Sierra went 4-4 with a double today lol
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Seventh inning: Stubbs homers, Cargo and Arenado double... more to come I'm sure lol Tulo grounding out this inning was a big disappointment.

NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Still the hottest player in baseball thus far 134 PA isn't nothing either. This is really something.
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Still the hottest player in baseball thus far Colorado is a team to watch out for. I've made some $$ betting on them already, although part of that is cause Blackmon and Tulo are playing out of their minds, so I'm not proclaiming myself a genius just yet.

You asked me as the season was starting my underdog teams and I took Colorado and Miami (I said Miami will do better than expected) I should have backed this with $$ lol
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 You asked me as the season was starting my underdog teams and I took Colorado and Miami (I said Miami will do better than expected) I should have backed this with $$ lol Oh ya, but are you of legal gambling age is the question? Either way it's fun putting some dollars down to follow some teams you think are underrated. Miami also looks like a good pick, their offense should return to being awful, but considering the O/U wins was sixty something it seems like a good pick! Good job.
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Didn't Morosi pick Miami to make the playoffs? lol
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 I traded Tulo and Donaldson for Harper and MadBum lol
HASHTAGYOLOSWAG Verified Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Watching NYY vs LAA. It's good to watch good baseball for once.
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Mitch Moreland in to pitch for the Rangers, pumping mid-90s.
