At least 4/40

That would be an absolute bargain. The Jays better bring him back then at that type of contract.

He always has been a fragile player. Same like his brother JD.

Imagine if we could have got either Tanaka or Darvish. God, we'd be laughing right now.

I think they wanted Tanaka. My opinion, as long as we continued to be noncontenders every year, we couldn't get these top notch free agents anyways. But now that we are contenders, we might get somebody good this off season. That was what was good about the Marlins trade, even if it was highly inefficient, it sent a message to our stars ( Bautista and EE ) and potential acquisitions that we are interested in being a winning club again ( not just lip service to appease fans ).

I didn't even want a healthy Drew, because he was overpriced and like Rasmus is the kind of second tier player that doesn't lead you to championships, yet he may get paid like he is. Perhaps most ( all ? ) teams feel the same way, that only the very best players will get outrageous money now. These guys are great in support of a strong team if you can afford the luxury, a Yankees or Dodgers kind of move, but even then they've both had long periods of mediocre play.

Lol, could it be any more obvious that North owns Cueto in a fantasy league?

IT'S ABOUT A BALCO PHARM TEAM MEMBER MUST READ

It's a good article! Cueto has been unhittable this year.

You're right, that a pitcher has the most effective fastball of the Pitch FX era through nearly half a season is not a story.

Preposterous. This is what the people want to read.

Cueto, "El jucho", has been pitching well with all their family problems.

After his 3rd or 4th outing, Cueto came here to Dominican and one of his brothers hit him in his throwing hand in a fight between brother.

True. But Boston has been absolutely mediocre this season, and is tied with frigging Houston (5.0 GB) for the wild card, and is 9 back of the Jays. Their OF is one of the worst in baseball, and they are 13th in offense(and dropping.. Houston's only .03 runs per game behind them.)

Guys, I just can't tell you how awesome Corey Dickerson is.

Slashing 347/410/661 (179 wRC+) and he can't even get a headline because of some stupid motherf***er named Blackmon.

Just turned 25! Stud in the making.

Now I have him on my fantasy team, yes, but this is just what the people need to know!

Dickerson >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Blackmon

Joey Gallo update: Another dinger tonight

That's 3 in four AA games! #24 on the season in just ~260 PAs

The wop slashed his K rate by 11% this year. Holy s***, this guy is becoming an utter monster.

Mother of God.

I hate to be that guy, but didn't Arencibia also have a ridiculous HR rate that time in Vegas? I remember watching MILB gameday threads just to see if he homered again.

Hey guys, we could get Tim Collins and maybe even Jarrod Dyson, and all it will cost us is Bautista:

Apparently the O's are sending Gausman back down once Gonzalez returns from the DL. Leaving your best pitcher in AAA seems like a legit move

Kyle Schwarber starts his pro career in the NWL - 3/4 with a home run tonight.

Edit: Video

Saw you had last post and assumed you would be pimping GP's 5 hit night:)

I was shocked to find that the King post in here was not about Polonco's 5/7 night with winning HR in extras.

ah beat me by a matter of secs:(

“Yeah, we were checking it out. In fact Schmitty was in the booth yesterday when we were talking about it, and, um, I think it’s about a thousand difference in, ah, plate appearances. Pretty amazing. But their batting averages aren’t that different, which is kind of… weird. I don’t quite understand it.”
