Don't get me wrong I am still trying to learn, your inturrpertation of data is Awesome work! Sometimes it can be much for the lay person is all. I enjoy the games as games first is all! McGowan I see as a stat or numbers breaking who the team will rally behind and play harder for hard to factor that into your stats is all I am saying! Much like Doc the team seemed to always show up and play different. Sometimes the Hive is hard to take! Lol

You honestly believe the team tries harder in McGowan starts? And if that is true then why have the Jays only one 2 of his games that he has started?

Honestly he sucked in two! And one for sure the pen f***ing blew! I still think the players behind him and the team rallies behind him! Because of who Dustin is! Plus as a fan I am rooting for him and feel better with him on the mound then even dickey or when morrows been on the mound! As for wins he has a better win percentage then dickey! Let's give him may and let's see what he can do!

And to think, we could have had him instead of Ricky. Smh

I traded Tulo and Donaldson for Harper and MadBum

What is going on in Florida?

Home stats

.307/.370/.495 137 wRC+, .375 wOBA, 8.6 BB Rate/18.8 K rate

Road stats

.215/.287/.333 74 wRC+, .280 wOBA, 8.8 BB rate/29.3 K rate

f***ing Hech has a .898 OPS in Florida. I understand Coors Field splits...even Rogers Centre but this is a tough field to hit in. The accusations were there this week...has the man in White taken his talents to South Beach?

a World Series win, a World Series loss and 4 playoff appearances in total but it's his first move he regrets

Rick Hummel of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch queried Cardinals GM John Mozeliak about his do-over wish list. There's only one move he'd take back.

If I could do it all over again ... probably the one player I regret trading was Scott Rolen (to Toronto). I felt like he still had a lot of baseball left. It was the circumstances as to why we had to do that that were more out of our control.

Tony (La Russa) certainly deserved a voice in that but I think it weakened the team in making that deal. I don't think it was a great baseball decision.

Mozeliak was named the Cards interim GM on October 3, 2007. He finalized Rolen's trade to the Blue Jays on January 14, 2008 after Rolen and former manager Tony La Russa's relationship went sour during the 2006 postseason. Rolen disagreed with his manager on the status of his surgically repaired shoulder and whether or not he was capable of playing.

ESPN called a Cubs game from the bleachers the other day

Sunday Night Baseball. John's on Kruk and Dan Shulman were in the LF (?) bleachers.

The Yankees just walked 6 Angels in the 8th inning to give away the game. Somehow the Blue Jays are only 1.5 games out of the division lead.

Its sad that the Jays could easily be 19-13 if they hadn't blown so many games. I'm gonna weep when the Jays miss the playoffs by 4 games this year.

Last year on this day: 11-21 and 9.5 out of first place.

Yankees Sox and Rays could say the same thing though

In our case, it's all the buillpen though and I think that gets better on it's own

Hard to disagree.

Yeah the offense has done it's job as expected, although we have had slow starts from 3 of our core players (doesn't help that Reyes was out for awhile).

Starting pitching lately has improved, and it's crazy how close we have come to putting McGowan in the bullpen, though I feel he is an injury waiting to happen

It's just that f***ing bullpen. But we can't do anything about it, really. There really isn't any option in the minors that can replace any of the three long-relievers in the pen. Unless you want to keep Stroman in there and call up Sanchize >_>

Did they remove Sunday Night Baseball from Rogers? I haven't seen a game and usually it's on sportsnet on Sunday. TSN 2?

Its nice that the last thing i remember before going to sleep was the yankees loading the bases with nobody and then proceeding to s*** themselves
