dineke Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 At least Rasmus is living up to his potential.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Lawrie gets robbed again...I mean wow this team can never find the hole in the defense
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Josh Johnson is beyond words at this point Just wow. He might be out of baseball in 3 years at this rate.
OtisNixonFan Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 God damnit Reyes you Better get a hit in the 9th Yet another Boo-boo from Captain f***-up. I display more effort hauling my dick out to take a piss.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 So we acquire former CY Young candidates/winners And they become minor leaguers with us The entire staff needs to be gutted. Walker, Gibbons, everyone. Fire most of the minor league coaches. Just completely start over. Burn it all down and rebuild.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 I can see Gibby up and clapping his hands to cheer his team on to.......
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Now were on a roll 14-4....make that u shoe maker!
wardhenke1 Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 2010: $62,234,000.00 payroll (21st in mlb), 85-77 record, (10 games out of wild card), (29.2 years median age of squad) 2011: $62,567,800.00 (23rd), 81-81, (10), (28.3) 2012: $75,489,200.00 (23rd), 73-89, (20), (27.7) 2013: $117,035,100 (9th), 45-53, (10+), (29.6 median age - 2nd oldest in MLB) If AA and Beeston don't get fired after we have become more expensive and shitter each and every year and are now older than when AA took over, then this organization truly has no credibility.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 How could every possible move we made in the offseason go wrong? Only Reyes has been somewhat useful and he's missed half the season The is teh perfect storm of shittiness.
Llakas Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Sweep lets bring brooms and brown bags to Wednesday game
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 And slowly the bullpen starts to fall apart. Good thing we dealt some of these excess guys while their numbers were still good oops
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Dodgers bench finding it halarious.....cant f***ing blame them.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Who will Bautista or JPA blame this time? It's gotta be the media's fault.
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Get real.... There is no way Gibbons is fired for this. AA's butt buddy Does it matter who AA is butt-buddies with? Once AA is finally fired, do you really think any competent replacement would keep a known loser like Gibbons around?
Llakas Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 The best part for me watching the jays is they suck so much it's now funny I used to get depressed and I asked myself why are you concerned with a team that don't understand baseball
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 the people calling for Gibbons head on a plate are pretty lame. AA gave him a sack of s*** to carry and you people are complaining about the smell. Gibbons didn't buy the s***, he's just getting paid to carry the bag and that's called doing your job. Except he sucks at his job too. It's AA's job to put together a talented roster, and he's undeniably failed at that. It's Gibbons' job to put his players in the best position to succeed, motivate the team, and reduce the amount of sloppy and flat-out bad play as much as possible - and he has unquestionably failed at that. Even worse - this is his second chance with the same franchise that fired him unceremoniously the first time. Thinking he was going to do any better this time around after getting ZERO other manager jobs since his firing was just pure folly on AA's part. It was a classic ego move, just like all his other franchise-destroying gambles last winter. He was thinking he'd look like a genius for making it work with Gibbons of all people, and predictably, it blew up in his face. They both need to go. Period.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Did Buck just say RR walked 5 in 1 inning?
baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 best part about todays game was i left when it was 6-2 and i cme back and only have to read through 4 pages of the GDT not 20. nice
Llakas Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Why fire Gibbons lets be real these players suck the proof that it ain't the manager is that last year with a better manager these very clowns made the manager look bad. Lets check again these clowns don't know nothing about winning so firing someone who has absolutely nothing to do with this circus is stupid
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 it happened I shouldnt have questioned myself when it comes to RR and walks i guess....lol
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Close ballgame here! Quite possibly the season low today. I'd be surprised if there wasn't one of those token "players only meetings" tomorrow
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Quite possibly the season low today. I'd be surprised if there wasn't one of those token "players only meetings" tomorrow Your assuming our pathetic loser scrub players give a damn about wins and losses. In reality, it's all about home run celebrations, golfing, and cashing their fat paychecks.
leaffie Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 every time you think it can't get much worse, it does.
baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Quite possibly the season low today. I'd be surprised if there wasn't one of those token "players only meetings" tomorrow whos gunna call it? derosa? hes not even a everyday player that matters on this team. This team lacks a leader.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 i'd still have a bit of interest if there were some minor leaguers ready for a cup of MLB coffee sadly, there isn't
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 let the firesale began! JJ, Reyes, MB, Bautista
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Derp........ Where is the proof that they care? I certainly haven't seen it.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 NICE PUIG!!!!!!! Thats how u play ball.......Jays!
