    • No, go back to the MLB.com box score but keep the Fangraphs WPA Graph

    • No, scrap it and go back to the old way of doing the PGT

RA gave us his best preformance of the year, K'ing 6, walking only 1 and allowing 2 hits in his first complete game shutout of the year! Reyes did go 0/4, but hey, first game back. On to Boston!

Scoring Plays:

Top of the 4th:

Jays score (Jays lead 1-0): Melky Cabrera singles to center, Jose Bautista scores

Top of the 6th:

Jays score (Jays lead 2-0): Adam Lind rips his 11th homer of the year! Solo shot!

Top of the 9th:

Jays score (Jays lead 3-0): Edwin Encarnacion takes his parrot for a trip around the bases for the 22nd time this year! Solo bomb!

Great to have some momentum going into Boston. I'd be happy with a split but 3 wins would be excellent.

I like the revamp to the PGT.

big win today, a sweep would have been terrible. Huger series coming up, cannot lose this series, the worst we should hope for is a split, I'm hoping we take 3 of 4 but this offense needs to wake up, they were horrendous in the rays series, terrible plate approach.

Thank ya! I'm thinking of ways of making it better, but I don't know yet what to do that is both not too time consuming but makes it much better. So if you or any other people have suggestions, I'll be happy to listen :)

Can't overstate how happy I am with the fact that Dickey threw such a masterpiece today

It means he can do it. We need it more often.

Big win.

That was a very big win. Never want to go into Fenway with a loosing streak. Lets see if we can take 3 of 4 against the Sox.

The box score you used in previous PGTs didn't really work, this is perfect.

That was the selling point! I had problems with the clunky one at MLB.com, but this Fangraphs one is nice and simple. One snap.

It's also interesting, did you see that despite his homer, EE has a -0.04 WPA? I thought that was interesting :P

Melky had the highest WPA with 0.15

which tells you the stat can be very misleading. Edwin was our best hitter today, he crushed the ball 3 times, and was sound defensively.

What may have been the best performance from dickey in a jays uniform. next 4 games are pretty huge at this point of the season especially if the redsox lose today

Another streak was broken today on the positive side. First complete game by a Jays pitcher in a really long time. (Not sure last time a jays pitcher had a CG)

Big win.

If you look at his outings, he has pitched better in hotter climates, for whatever it's worth.

Damn, we played already. I had no idea - I worked nights and just woke up. Glad to see us pick up the W though!

you missed a completely dominant performance from the Dick!

No kidding, I watched the last 3 innings at work.

Reyes is probably about a league average defender but that is a big improvement over the likes of Kawasaki and Izturis. I thought he made some nice plays out there today that our other options wouldn't have been able to make.
