Obvious a manager has minimal impact on a team, but Bobby Valentine is SUCH a retard. Anyone could've stepped in there this year and benefited from the lack of Bobby V.

 

Their rotation has been spectacular. I highly doubt Farrell has much to do with this, the talent is there. But he'll get credit for it regardless.
